Class Hotel Bosphorus With Jacuzzi - Istanbul

Positive, The view from the top floors was fine. I got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace, a nice surprise. Perfect location for evening walks. Really enjoyed the nearby shopping area and easy access to explore historical spots.

Polite and very kind staff, had really good stay!!!

The a double room was brand-new with climate control, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar.

The Double or Twin Room with Extra Bed offered a cozy space for a couple, complete with a hot whirlpool that added a nice touch for relaxation. The overall atmosphere was decent enough for enjoying some time together.

Several drawbacks really diminished the experience. They tried to put my family into an apartment instead of the booked jacuzzi room, a major hassle. Parking was an absolute nightmare. We had to leave our cars in front of garages and move them daily. The room reeked of cigarettes, and the cleanliness was questionable-stained couches, dusty carpets-definitely not an inviting environment. We even had to call for breakfast two hours in advance, and it was still delayed. They accommodated us in a basement room, which didn't help with the overall disappointment.

Great value for money room, spacious bathroom with bathtubs. Really helpful stuff in the whole hotel. Location very close to taksim, the market and Ortakoy and other touristic places...

Not so helpful staff!

The double room we were given had climate control, a kettle, and a mini-bar. It was cosy and there was Wi-Fi. The venue was in a very central location next to taksim, roof top terrace a plus too, Find taxi and markets.

The nearby attractions, the really good service, the cozy atmosphere, the recreational options, a nice stay!

The location is perfect, offering fine views from the last two floors, and very close to the lovely Ortaköy area with its vibrant atmosphere. We were kinda surprised by the upgrade to the best room with a jacuzzi on the terrace.

No breakfast or parking.

Despite some challenges, like arrival complications and communication issues, there were moments to appreciate. The burgers served at the hotel were a definite highlight, delicious and satisfying. The room cleanliness was disappointing, as we encountered dusty carpets and stained furniture. Adding to our frustration, breakfast service was inconsistent, often requiring excessive advance notice yet arriving late.

the location was a bit tricky. it’s on top of a hill. we loved the spacious room with great amenities like a coffee machine and beautiful decor. the terrace offered stunning views, made mornings special.

Great views, but skip the service

Spent 3 nights in a decent room with an amazing view. The location was spot on for exploring Istanbul. Had in-room breakfast, a nice touch, but the staff were kinda harsh. It didn't ruin my trip, but could've been better.

Recommend for a weekend

Charming room, convenient location, with excellent wi-fi, tv, and a fantastic in-room breakfast option, made our mornings good, especially being just 8 km away from public transportation for exploring the area.

Everything was just right.

The spotless double room was beautiful. Some of the staff members were polite and helpful. the hotel was in a good location, easy to go to the center. the experience was very very good, would stay here again.

This place is quaint and fantastic, with a beautiful double room that includes climate control, a kettle, a mini-bar, and a private bathroom with a bath - everything was simply great.
